It was the main airplane used in the cold war. This plane was also used just to one up the soviet union in the cold war. This airplane was also built in my favorite state of Texas. The B-36 was too large for hangers so they had to build special work stations so the workers had shelter when they was working on them. This aircraft also was on the 65000 pound super carrier. It was used to drop bombs during the cold war.
